Couples Communication Session

Service Description

Conflict can almost always be sourced back to poor communication. If you often feel that you & your partner are not on the same page or there are unspoken expectations, a misbalance in who carries the weight, or even unestablished boundaries- you can benefit from our communication session. Our Shaman will help remove blockages that are preventing the communication between the couple. Active listening time, intention setting, a mediated discussion, cognitive tools, guided meditation, & practice to go home are all included with this 1.5 hour session.
